libgcc-s-dw2-1.dll & libgfortran-3.dll

I want to run executable file for Tough2 EOS7CA. I receive the following error messages:

"The code execution cannot proceed because libgcc-s-dw2-1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. "

"The code execution cannot proceed because libgfortran-3.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. "

Does anyone have the same problem?
