An issue (experience) with very large mesh
Hi all
Just to share my experience. I have a very large mesh (6E5 grid cells). Surprisingly the name of some elements start with "END" (like END 1, .. END10 etc). While allocating each element to a zone in solute.inp, the code finds the first END as the end of the solute.inp file and allocates the default values to the rest of the mesh elements!
Kind regards
Kaveh

Reminds me of a problem I had when teaching PHREEQM a girl in one of the groups was named Line, so they had used that as the filename of the input fil, the Fortran code mixed it up with LINE - it took a while before we figured it out. Your problem is different - I am guessing that a simplistic solution is to do a search and replace making all your "E" 's into some letter not used in the labelling like "Z" maybe ? - but I now see it is 2 years ago - so hopefully you figured it out :-)
