Save file

hello,

I've loaded initial condition (from a proper save file) and when the model finished the save file was empty. and in the OUTPUT file it says that it's not exist.

can someone please help me?

    Hi Evyatar,

    In case image(1).png you sent is a screen shot from a PC, the issue is simply that you are not running TOUGH2 properly.

    Please follow the instructions in the manual and/or read-me file, i.e., open a DOS Command Prompt Window, change to the working directory where your input file resides, copy the TOUGH2 executable (e.g., tough2.exe) there as well (or properly specify a command search path), then type:

    tough2.exe < input_file > output_file

    If this is not the issue, please explain what you mean by "loaded the INCON file (there is no loading step in TOUGH2)", and "when the model finished" (I presume it did not finish at all and you had to press ctrl-c to make it stop - again: just guessing).

    Hi stefan,

    firstable thanks.

     

    i'm working with Petrasim. in Petrasim there an option to load initial condition in case your run crushed.

    to load your inition condition you use the Save file.

     

    i hope that i make my self clear now.
