Restarting TOUGHREACT Simulations
I'm trying to restart TOUGHREACT simulations by renaming SAVE to INCON and savechem to inchem. In between simulations, I'm adjusting the initial waters associated with certain elements by changing their IZIWDF values in the solute.inp file. Will these adjustments supersede anything written in inchem, or would I have to change them in the inchem file directly?

So it turns out the answer to this question is that inchem supersedes all changes put in any other input file, similar to how INCON takes precedence over changes to initial conditions in the the flow input file. However, inchem must define the initial conditions for the whole system. This differs from INCON, which can be partially filled out, and TOUGH reads through other portions of the input file (PARAM.4 and INDOM) to fill in the missing pieces. I talked with Eric Sonnenthal about giving inchem similar functionality, and he said he put it on his to-do list future releases.

Could you please explain the parameters defined in the INCON and inchem files, and provide guidance on how to update these files to include parameters from the flow.inp file, such as porosity and permeability?
