Re: Assigning source/sink in GENER block without element name/ using meshmaker
The mesh file generated by meshmaker should include the coordinates of each element of the mesh. Based the coordinates of well, you can find an element located at the same location as the well and…

Re: Controlling BHP in TOUGH3's INFILE
If it is a production well, you may use DELV well type to keep the bottom hole pressure constant. You can also use a virtual huge volume gridblock connected to well for injection or production (the…

Re: MPI_Allreduce error
I guess something wrong during writing output or SAVE file at the time step 200. You may play around with different output control options.

Re: How to change the volume in ELEME Block
@AmyJackson The column you marked is not the interface area for heat exchange. It is the connection area between two elements. The area is actual interface area between two elements.

Re: How to change the volume in ELEME Block
You can find the volume of element locates at 21-30 column after the keyword "ELEME". Detailed discussion for the keyword "ELEME" can be found in the user manual. All the elements have a volume of 0.…

Re: Is there a way to specify the component being produced from a source well?
Have you tried "MASS" or "DELV" for the production. Through the output control "OUTPU" keyword, you are able to output production rate for any phases and any components.…

Re: How should I compile TMVOC and use executable to run a simulation in the Windows 7 operating system?
@Haiyan Zhou You do not need to modify the subroutine name, just strictly follow the guide for TOUGH3 compilation. The compilation guide provided in TMVOC is for tough2.

@Haiyan Zhou You need to follow the instruction for compilation of TOUGH3. TMVOC is a module of tough3 and it can not be compiled separately.
