Questions on MNEL and MNCON recommendation in Windows machine and dt validation

Hello, I have two questions regarding TOUGHREACT runs.

In the flowpar_v3.inc and for Windows machine, what do you recommend for the maximum values of MNEL and MNCON?

I am currently using  MNEL=30000 and MNCON=100000, with the computer similar to i7-7700K.

Also, how can we validate if our TOUGHREACT results are correct under given dt?

How can we know if the current maximum dt is producing reasonable results?

Is it the only way to check by running multiple cases with various maximum dt and compare?
