Gridding specific offset connections

Hi,

I have received a sim input file with a 2D grid that has a couple of elements outside the main grid space and such elements have multiple connections with specific elements of the main grid.

Simulation works fine but as I need to change certain dimensions and geometries of the grid I need to be able to build a similar one.

I am enclosing a simplified version of what I have. Elements A and B are separated from main mesh and may be in a different cartesian plane.

I cannot see how MESHMAKER can define such offset elements. Is PyTOUGH an option?

These elements (inactive?) have been manually added in to set some sort of boundary conditions for the simulation. You can just remove them temporarily if you need to display the mesh.
