INCON format in the *203t ECO2n samples

In the samples for Tough3 ECO2n, there are several cases whose name ends in 203t where the INCON keyword looks strange to me. For each element, there are 6 lines for the values of the primary variables.

Is that a mistake or a special case I missed in the manual?

Nevermind, I found the anwser. It is a hysteretic case, and the flag MOP(13) requires more lines per element in INCON.
