Hi. I am completely new to TOUGH2. I have some examples but I do know how to run it. What is the procedure? which one is makefile?

look at Tough2 user guide page 4.
based on my knowledge, U need to write a command in CMD to run an input file. U can find Execution command in User manual page 4.

It is best to simply go through the manual and specifically run through the sample problems.

If your question is simply how to run the code the code (on what platform? PC, Mac, Linux, ...?) follow Youhanna's advice or check the installation instructions in the read.me file or read the section on code installation in the training material (it starts around page 50).
