Flow and chemistry nonconvergence issue

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to simulate the 3D CO2 injection scenario using TOUGHREACT V4.13omp. I have given the in-situ mineralogical, petrophysical, injection and reservoir properties but the simulation is ending because of nonconvergence issues.

I have added mesostasis (basaltic glass) in the thermodynamic database, but upon simulation it is not showing any dissolution which is inconsistent with the reported studies. Additionally, the simulation is not working when i keep ICO2H2O as 0,1,2 or 3. I've added the aquoeus chemistry (cations) in the chemical.inp file but it is showing chemistry convergence issues.

I would be grateful if anyone can help me with the stability of my model. I've attached the input file for reference.
