how to use RESTART to inherit the minerals fractions and change P T?

My model is 1D with 10*10*400 meter. Firstly, I renamed the save and savechemical  to INCON and inchemical in the first simulation, and copied these two files to the second simulation folder. Then I changed start time and finish time in flow.inp. But I found the second model successfully inherited the porosity, permeability etc, it did not inherited minerals fractions which have been changed by first simulation. The second model still used the default/unreacted minerals fractions in chemical.inp. 

So I had two questions:

(1) how to inherit the reacted mineral fractions from first model to second model? 

(2) how to change the range of temperature and pressure in second model? For example, the first model is 20-40℃， 1-10Mpa；I want to set 40-60℃， 5-15Mpa in second model and inherit the results from model 1 at same time.
