Results file not found (ECO2M, TOUGH V2.1), no .csv file generated

Hello everyone,

I am solving the TOUGH exercise (ECO2M Example: CO2 Injection Well). After successfully running Tough v2.1. I am unable to view (3D Results) the results.  The error tab shows that "Could not load results: Results file not found".

Here is the complete scenario presented step by step. (Respective Screenshots  attached number):

1. New model created (TOUGH v2.1 and ECO2M)

2. Model required user-supplied simulator EXEs (A information tab opened)

3. A folder (TOUGH2_v21 created) in the relevant directory

4. ECO2M .exe file pasted in above mention the above-mentioned folder

5. Tough2 run and simulation completed

6. When I clicked on 3D results, an error showed that "Could not load results: Results file not found"

7.  I checked the project folder and there are no .csv (Excel) files exist.

All other EOS generating but ECO2M not generating any .csv file in project folder.

I request, if any has the solution to this error, please help. I would be very thankful.

TOUGH v2.1 does not generate .csv outputs. You should use TOUGH3

    Thanks for your reply.

Actually, the problem is with ECO2M. For other EOS with TOUGH2.0, PetraSim shows all results and .csv files.

If you use the version of TOUGH2 V2.0  from LBNL marketplace and did not make any change, you will not see the .csv output files. The output of .csv does not have relation with the eos modules. They call to the same subroutines for output. Update your eco2m will solve the problem.

Hello Kenny, I am experiencing the same problem with EOS7C.When i click on the 3-D results it shows Could not load results: Results not found, similar to what kumar found.

Could this be the same "updating" issue?
