Error in name first ELEM in mesh file
Hi,
My model has 120.000 nodes and 320.000 connections was created with Mview. I remove the inactive elements.I get the error message below. There seems to be something wrong with the element naming. Does anybody know how to fix this?

The element name format in TOUGH2 is AAAII, i.e., the last two characters in each element name must consist of numbers.
Please contact John Avis (JAvis@geofirme.com) and inquire what needs to be done in mView to avoid it creating invalid element names.

Ok I will ask John Avis. With smaller grids the problem seems to go away.
I still have a bug in the model. For some reason there are small temperature numbers (even negative) although I initialise with 60 Celcius and inject with 35 Celsius.
Do you know what is the problem?

Negative (or very high) temperatures (or pressures, or saturations, or mass fractions,...) may occur as a result of a proposed parameter step during the Newton-Raphson iteration, if the model is very non-linear. Note, however, that TOUGH2 never actually evaluates these conditions - it immediately reduces the time step and tries again. Having conditions outside the expected range is not a "bug in the model", but just an indication that the model is highly non-linear, telling TOUGH2's automatic time stepping scheme to reduce the time-step size.
