EOS1 non-convergence

I am a beginner in TOUGHREACT. I ran it based on the input file provided by the author of a paper. However, when I ran toughreactV2.0, I found that the model did not converge and the program kept running. The coordinates of the output MESH file were all 0. I speculated that it was the input file. The MESH data in was incomplete. I used meshmaker to re-split the MESH based on the model in the paper and put it into the root directory. However, when running, the program did not read my MESH and overwrote it.I have attached the paper, as well as the flow.inp, chemical.inp, solute.inp and tk-slt.h06es.dat files provided by the paper's author and appreciate any advice.
