Vertical well and Perforated interval

hello Everyone,  am trying to model an R-Z system with a vertical wellbore for depressurization using lower bottom hole pressure

I am confused as to what boundary conditions and how to set these.

Please don't ask me to read the manual because i very well know how to set flux based(Neumann) and dirichlet conditions

I am having problem in understanding the vertical well pressure setup.

What pressure should be set into the entire well and in the perforation zone?
