TOUGH2 code compiled with IVF（based on VS circumstance）

Hello，everyone！

I have some question about compile TOUGH2 code.

I have two fortran compiler,but I can only compile TOUGH2 code follow the suggest giving in https://tough.forumbee.com/r/62bng by using Gfortran.

Actually,I want compile and modify this code in my Intel fortran compiler based on Visual Studio circumstance.Dose anybody know how to change the compiler option in VS Windows？

All I know is about it maybe need to change some option in this window which i attached with this post,but I don't know how to change it .

Dose anyone met the same problem with me ? Please tell me how to fix it , I really need your help!
