EOS3 bug?

When I run the input attached I receive the error below.

I do not have a number 466560 anywhere in the input file.

When I debug the source code, temperature 27.0 becomes 46656000027.0

What is happening?

 TEMPERATURE = 0.466560E+11  OUT OF RANGE IN SAT

    Frankly, I don't recall exactly how I resolved the issue, but here is the old file that gave me this error and the new file that doesn't. There is slight difference between material properties, but I think the major player are the MOPs. Let me know how it goes.
