Help with defining basic Confined and Unconfined Aquifer and transport models

Hello All, I am brand new to PetraSim and have been trying to learn to make basic models of confined and unconfined aquifers, model advection-dispersion, and advection-dispersion-sorption among other things. But from what I see out there I cannot find a good video or explanation on these basic things. I would eventually like to learn to model microbial activity (if possible) through shallow groundwater.

Anyways, could someone please help/take me under their wing and teach me PetraSim?
