Reproducing the carbonate acidizing simulation

Hello everyone,

I’m a beginner at TOUGH REACT.

I want to reproduce the carbonate acidizing simulation of the paper . 

but, my simulation results is a slight decrease in porosity, which is not consistent with the results in the paper.

I have no idea what's wrong. I appreciate if someone help me.
