Mesh FIle using Top surface (ASCII File)

I have the coordinates for the top surface, I would like to create a MESH file using that top file.

What is the best option to create a 3D mesh with the top surface coordinates.

    I am using petrasim by creating XYZ files for the bases of the layers.

    But when I import XYZ data file for first layer and click apply, the program stops responding and I cannot go to next layer for updating the data.

    Any help is appreciated.

    I got it to work. It took a while to upload data as it has many data points..
