PetraSim showing error for Toughreact simulation

Hello everyone,

My name is Nurlan, I am a Masters Degree student at Nazarbayev University.

I am a new user of Toughreact. Currently working on CCS project application in Kazakhstan. 

I have several questions about this simulation program.

1) I am using Petrasim for compiling toughreact example (https://www.thunderheadeng.com/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2016/01/examples_toughreact_CO2_Disposal.pdf)

and I followed the instruction written there. However, at the end of the simulation, it doesn't show proper results. What might be a reason for that, considering that I did the same as in the manual. 

2) How I need to organize the file where my simulation takes the input and database, what library has to be located there

3) Is there any courses/lessons that can be provided by experts so that I can get an understanding of how to do the simulation of co2 sequestration not only for aquifer but also for formation reservoir
