Model "Air" in TOUGH

Hi all..

Can someone please tell me whether it is possible to model “Air” in TOUGH?

Like for instance,

I have a (1m) height tank (closed at top) filled with waste (0.8m) which is emitting methane.

If this methane is getting collected in a headspace (0.2m), is it possible to model this headspace (0.2m)?
