Drastic fluctuation of pressure vs. time curve

Hi, I simulated a simple model with EOS1, but I got a strange pressure vs. time curve. What may causes the curve fluctuation?

The ground water velocity is 10-7 m/s, the production rate is 150 m3/h. The mesh size was 20*20 near the production well and 100*100 in general.
