Facing difficulty while converting TOUGH+HYDRATE out file to TECPLOT input

I am using Tough+Hydrate , I need to visualize my result using TECPLOT but while converting the Tough output data to tecplot input file I am facing problem. Guidance will be appreciated. thank you
