Heat Conductivity and Specific Heat

Regarding the magnitudes of these 2 parameters in the ROCKS section, I have not figured out what they exactly represent.

For example, If I have a 30% sandstone, are these values the conductivity and capacity for quartz, or the composite values for this material with its porosity fully saturated with water.

Either case, if porosity changes over the simulation, are these values adjusted to the new porosity?
