Tough+ Hydrate: Zero support: No Matt Reagan or George Moridis

I am just bewildered by the lack of initiative or support or help for TOUGH+ HYDRATE

There is absolutely not a single moderator or software developer available to answer the queries?

On top of that, there is no Pre Processor for tough+, Moreover, PetraSim  has disable tough-fx Hydrate GUI

Writing scripts in notepad is not an easy task at all. I am forced to admit..tough is tough

I suggest some moderator takes note of this suggestion and few solutions or atleast 1 solution is put forward for preprocessing tough+hydrate input files
