Output results of specific grid versus time

Dear Refaat,

You should include the FOFT block in your TOUGH3 input.  You specify a list of elements (grid cells) for which state variables at each time step are recorded in csv files.  If you want flow rates as a function of time, use COFT.  If you want generation rates as a function of time, use GOFT.
