IN TOUGH+HYDRATE, COM1 is water and COM2 is CH4. The code can only handle CH4 as the hydrate-forming gas.

I suggest you begin the simulation again, but give a value of 1.855e-3 to the mass fraction (i.e., just a bit lower than the one the code gives you). Try it and let me know.…
