@Alejandro Bello Yes, that is the model almost 700 cells. I can have the plots with the data from Fstatus file because it is still running and the output file is not done yet.

@Yogendra Narayanan Suresh Kumar I think you need to recompile PETSC and test it. Please, read the previous steps in this post, that was what I did.
