Improve the stability of the numerical results

Dears,

While modeling CO2 injection in a saline aquifer reservoir using ECO2n, I find the following instability in bottom hole injection pressure results. Can anyone please help me decrease this instability? OR what are the procedure that should be followed to decrease the instability of the numerical results?  I have attached the INFILE for the simulation.

    This is probably a result of discretization effect, which comes from phase change. When an element changes from a single phase condition to two phase conditions, the total compressibility changes so you get this effect. A finer discretization should reduce the amplitude.
