The pressure initialization presents a gradient distribution, but the temperature gradient disappears.

Hello everyone, I have a question. 

The pressure initialization presents a gradient distribution, but the temperature gradient disappears. The SAVE file shows that the temperature result is a constant value. How to solve this problem? Attached are the FLOW, MESH, and SAVE files.
